About Templotix

The productivity template market has a research problem. There are thousands of options, almost no comparable information about them, and most of what does exist is either marketing copy or an affiliate page dressed as a review. Working out whether a template actually does what it says usually means buying it first.

How we evaluate

We work from primary sources. For any product we cover, that means its own documentation, its pricing page, its release notes and changelog, its stated feature list — and then what users say publicly about it in forums, communities and reviews we did not commission.

Those sources are compared against each other. A vendor claiming a feature and users reporting it does not work is itself useful information, and we say so rather than picking whichever version is tidier.

What we do not claim

We do not claim hands-on use we have not done. Most of what you will read here is desk research — thorough, sourced, and genuinely useful for narrowing a shortlist — but it is not the same as someone running a tool for a month, and we will not describe it as though it were.

We do not publish star ratings we have not earned the right to give. Where you see a score, it reflects documented capability against stated criteria. Where you do not, it is because we did not have enough to score honestly.

And we do not fill gaps with plausible-sounding detail. If a comparison table has a blank cell, it means we could not confirm the answer — not that the answer is no.

Published, and not yet published

Every page on Templotix carries an editorial state. Only pages marked published appear in our sitemap, in search, or in navigation. Pages still in draft are visible if you have a direct link but are markednoindexso they stay out of search results until the work behind them is real.

That distinction exists because a catalogue is easy to generate and hard to verify. We would rather ship a small site of things we can stand behind than a large one we cannot.

How we make money

Some links on this site are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission when you buy through one. Commission rates play no part in what we recommend or how we rank things, and we do not accept payment for placement or coverage. Who runs it

Templotix is independently operated as a sole proprietorship from Howrah, West Bengal, India. There is no parent company, no investor, and no commercial relationship with any platform we cover. Editorial decisions are made in-house and are not reviewed by anyone outside it.

If something here is wrong, we want to fix it — and we would rather hear it from you than leave it up. Point us at the page and what it got wrong, and we will correct it and note the change.
