Three kinds of sentences. A simple sentence has one complete thought. A compound sentence joins two complete thoughts with a comma and and, but, or or so. A complex sentence has a complete thought plus a part that starts with a word like because, when or if. The pack follows CCSS L.3.1i: Produce simple, compound, and complex sentences.

Is it right for my child?
It is written for 3rd grade and follows CCSS L.3.1i: Produce simple, compound, and complex sentences. It also works for a strong 2nd grader or as review in 4th grade.
What is inside?

Can I use it with my class?
