What your child will practice
Compare with -er and -est. A comparative (-er or more) compares two things. A superlative (-est or most) compares three or more. Short words add -er and -est; longer words use more and most. Adverbs work the same way. The pack follows CCSS L.3.1g: Form and use comparative and superlative adjectives and adverbs, and choose between them depending on what is to be modified.

Is it right for my child?
It is written for 3rd grade and follows CCSS L.3.1g: Form and use comparative and superlative adjectives and adverbs, and choose between them depending on what is to be modified. It also works for a strong 2nd grader or as review in 4th grade.
